• Opportunity navigation and referrals to credible programmes

Results CYEI seeks in funded projects

• Stronger confidence, leadership knowledge and teamwork
• Young people contributing to programme design and review
• Youth-led community action and peer support
• Youth perspectives documented and communicated safely
• Clearer participation mechanisms within partner institutions

Leadership activities require clear learning objectives, trained facilitators, safeguarding, feedback and follow-up. A one-off event is not presented as a full leadership programme without a defined learning process.
